3. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services are specified in your signed contractual agreement.
  • Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, are governed by your contract.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services.

4. Liability and Limitations

  • We strive to provide timely and reliable services; however, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Cancellation and Modifications

  • Cancellations or modifications to services must adhere to the terms outlined in your signed contract.
  • Any amendments to the service agreement must be made in writing and approved by both parties.

6. SMS Disclosure and Consent

By opting into our SMS (Short Message Service) communications, you agree to receive text messages related to:

  • Service Notifications: Updates about delivery statuses, pickup confirmations, and after-hours call responses.
  • Appointment Reminders: Notifications about scheduled or pending services.
  • Billing and Payment Notices: Information regarding invoices, payments, or pending charges.
  • Emergency Alerts: Urgent information regarding service changes or critical communication.

Message Content and Frequency

  • Message frequency may vary depending on service needs and client preferences. On average, clients can expect 1-5 messages per service event.
  • Messages may contain links to our website, privacy policy, or service portals.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

  • You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.
  • You may also contact us at solutions@gbjsenterprises.com to be removed from our SMS list.
